BIZGOO Group can track activities of one or more Synerbox™. On a daily basis, the backup logs are analysed to check that the entire backup process is functioning correctly. If any anomalies are detected, we will intervene in one of two ways: either you will be alerted within the hour with information enabling you to take the necessary action, or you authorize us to establish a remote connection in order to intervene and correct the poblem.
